£300 on a iPhone from these people screen cracked got it replaced elsewhere turns out nothing in the iPhone was actually genuine Apple parts, Every single genuine Apple part had been replaced with all cheap knock off crap the phones worthless absolute con artists and sausage lovers BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY FROM THESE !
Such great service! Instantly knew what the problem was and how to repair it with my partners phone! Came back less than 45 minutes later to a fully working device and with the parts cost and labour it only came to £30! We were expecting the repair to cost at least double maybe triple that! 10/10 recommend and will personally always use these guys. Side not I inquired about a repair job on an old phone phone of mine I wanted to fix as a spare in case my newest phone broke, got an instant response and a great price for that repair as well!
Went into Mobile Masters today 29/06/23, to get my smashed phone screen replaced. Friendly greeting as I walked through the door, explained what I needed he gave me a very reasonable price for new screen and screen protector and was all sorted within 1.5hrs which gave me time to have some breakfast and have a mooch around Basingstoke. Highly recommend!!!! Can't fault the service and would use again if I need a screen replaced.
Very helpful and efficient. Repaired my( old) Motorola phone quickly and cheaply, replacing the charge port. I was told I would only get billed if their repair was successful. Lucky I tried Mobile Masters, as I had previously been to a similar shop( not a million miles away- in fact almost opposite!) where I was told it was impossible to repair and that the best thing was to buy a reconditioned iPhone 7 from them for £350. Would highly recommend Mobile Masters.
If I could give zero stars I would. Wanted 40 pounds to replace my charging point for my phone, happy with that so left it with them, said it would be an hour. Popped back 5 mins later to ask when they shut and it was charging so I assume just dirt in the charger and they still wanted 40 pounds saying they had taken the phone apart and replaced the part. No way this was possible in 5 mins so said I will give them 20 for getting it going, not a bad price to blow dirt out but they insisted they had replaced it and brought out a broken silver charging point, my charger is black. Got angry and threw the old broken part across the shop. Said it 20 or nothing which I think is very fair. They are fraudulent and try to intimidate. I would not recommend them at all for anything.
